Welcome to the Central Montana Astronomy Society Website. Our MissionThe Central Montana Astronomy Society provides a place for local amateur star gazers to exchange ideas and techniques and to provide a fellowship atmosphere where people share a common interest of the cosmos. We are organized for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including the promotion of the study of astronomy though instruction, lectures, public viewing, and astronomical conventions. The next meeting will be February 8, 2012 at 6:30 PM in room 216, Paris Gibson Education Center at the corner of 25th Street and Central Ave. Park in the Lot behind (south of) the school. Enter the parking at 25th Street and 1st Avenue South. Enter the Doors on the left side. See The Picture Of The Doors * The next star observing party will be January 27, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 10PM.
